Registration Guidelines for International Applicants
Follow these steps to register for our summer course program.
Step 1: Account Setup
Important Note
First 40 applicants can join completely free! After that, a registration fee will apply.
1Create an account at:
https://admission.ugm.ac.id/registration/2Or login if you already have an account
Step 2: Find Our Program
1After login, select Non-Degree Program
2Click Summer Course to show the list
3Search for: "2nd DCSE Summer School on AI and Robotics in Society 5.0 2025 Online"
4Click the Apply button

Step 3: Complete Application
1Follow the steps to fill all required forms
2Upload all required documents
3Mark the terms of agreement checkbox
Make sure all information is accurate before submitting.

Step 4: Confirmation
1After submission, wait for confirmation
2You will receive an email notification
Processing may take 3-5 business days. Contact us if you don't receive confirmation.
